Terms & Conditions

1. Training Courses

We provide the following training courses:
– Post Graduate Certificate in Advanced Aesthetics
– Short courses
Training courses consist of a set number of modules delivered over approximately 6–24 months. Completion requires attendance at all contact days, completion of online learning, and passing all assessments.
Each module has standalone CPD value. We reserve the right to adjust the number of modules in the course.

2. Enrolment and Registration Fee

A registration fee is required to reserve your seat on a course. It also provides access to online materials where available. Payment must be made via bank transfer. If Elevate Ltd cannot complete the remaining modules, completed modules will constitute the entire certificate. No refunds will be given for delivered modules. Verifiable CPD hours will be issued for completed modules.

3. Course Fee Payment

Course Fees are payable either upfront or via instalments.

Modular Courses:
– Fees are calculated per module and paid either in full or through monthly instalments.
– Students must manage sponsorships or funding independently.
– Missed payments may incur administrative fees and affect course progress.

Payment Options:
a) 10-month Standing Order:
– Monthly instalments (maximum 11 months) after deducting the Registration Fee.
– Late or missed payments incur a £25 fee and may result in access suspension.
b) Upfront Payment:
– Full payment before course commencement with potential discount.

4. Eligibility Request

These courses are intended for qualified dentists. Elevate Ltd may request proof of graduation and registration with an appropriate dental council (e.g., GDC in the UK).

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@elevate-dent.com.
There is a 14-day cooling-off period for a full refund if no course modules have been accessed.

If refunds are possible, the following charges apply:
– Over 60 days before event: Full refund minus £200 admin fee
– Within 60 days: £1000 retained/charged
– No-show: £1000 plus first instalment retained/charged

6. Refund Policy

Refunds will not be given once enrolled unless a suitable replacement delegate is found. An admin fee of £25 will apply. Otherwise, the cancellation policy applies.

7. Assessments

CPD certificates require attendance at all modules and assessment completion. Contact the Course Coordinator if extensions are needed.

8. Copyright

All course materials are owned or licensed by Elevate Ltd. Use is granted only for personal professional development. Materials may not be shared or reproduced without permission.

9. Disclaimer

Course materials are for educational purposes only and not intended as medical guidance. Elevate Ltd and its presenters are not liable for treatment decisions, errors, or cancellations. Total liability is limited to fees paid.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate this agreement for misconduct, disruption, non-payment, or other breaches. Unpaid course fees will remain due upon termination.

11. Events Outside Our Control

Elevate Ltd is not liable for delays or failures due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, illness of faculty, or travel disruptions. We will attempt to reschedule modules if possible.

12. Assignment

Your rights under these Terms may not be transferred without our consent. We may assign our obligations to another organisation.

13. Notices

All notices must be sent to info@elevate-dent.com. We may send notices to the contact details you provide. Notices are deemed received 24 hours after email/SMS or 3 days after posting.

14. General

If any term is found invalid, the remainder of the Terms remains enforceable. We may update Terms at any time. Non-enforcement does not waive our rights. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
